WE LOVE OUR NEW TRAVEL TRAILER I had been looking for the "perfect" travel trailer for our large family. One that would make great memories not great worries. When I came across Napa RV. I gave Mark a call and the rest is history. We were there two days later to pick up our new Fleetwood Wilderness. Just as easy as 123. The staff was wonderful and not the "in your face sales person". Wonderful Experience We purchased our 28' Wilderness Scout at the RV Show in Sacramento. It's a beautiful trailer that we use quite a bit. Syd and Razi were extremely helpful, which made our experience a great one. Sometimes it's scary making a big purchase and they made it well worth while. We only wish Napa was closer to Ione! Thank you very much! Dear Syd, Mark, and Razi, We were writing to thank you all for the great buying experience and support that we receive from Napa RV. The Wilderness Scout that we purchased from you three weeks ago has given us much joy and we look forward to enjoying it more in the future. Beyond the actual purchase, Napa RV has been exceptional in answering any questions that we have. This is our first camper/trailer and the questions continue to arise as we are learning the ways of camping out of a trailer. Each time I call with a question (which has been often) Mark, Syd and Razi have all been very helpful and polite in diagnosing the problems. We recently had an issue with a generator we purchased from a different RV dealer and Syd was very polite and helpful in assisting to diagnose this problem as well. The type of assistance we receive from you will definitely result in repeat business from us and others. Thank you all for you great support and we appreciate your patience with us as we continue to learn and understand our new trailer. We will recommend Napa RV to all of our friends in the Bay Area. Honest, Responsive and Fair We purchased a new Wilderness Cimmaron 5th Wheel from Syd Hyder, Owner/Manager of Napa RV Sales. During the years since, we have found Mr. Hyder and his staff to be honest, responsive and fair. Any problems we have had with our 5th Wheel were taken care of quickly and to our satisfaction. Exceeded My Expectations Dear Sid Having been a service manager for Jenson Motor Center for twenty-five years I have a true perspective on the ability of a business to rise to the expectations of its customers. Napa RV Sales has consistently exceeded my expectations in sales, service performance as well as delivery as promised. I can assure you future purchases will be made at your establishment. To be honest, this is the first time I have been motivated to write to a business regarding consistent good service in all aspects of a purchase. Consumers for the most part are fairly quick to write scathing letters expressing their disappointment but will not take the time and effort to let a business know what a really good job they do. RECOMMENDATION RECOMMENDATION In all the years of dealing with car, boat, or RV dealers, I have never found a person as responsive and caring about his customer's complete Satisfaction as Napa RV's Manager, Syd Hyder. In short; "He's the Man!!" Everything about the staff and service at Napa RV has been first rate, and we visited a dozen RV dealers before we purchased our Starcraft at Napa RV. During a recent problem with the furnace in our camper, Syd bent over backwards and was willing to move mountains at his own expense to insure that we taken care of, and on the road in time for our scheduled camping trip. As I mentioned to him personally after this experience, Syd is a credit to the business, and should be a role model that all vehicle dealers should aspire towards. "Thanks again, Syd." Gary N.
