The Wilderness Scout that we purchased from you three weeks ago has given us much joy and we look forward to enjoying it more in the future. Beyond the actual purchase, Napa RV has been exceptional in answering any questions that we have. This is our first camper/trailer and the questions continue to arise as we are learning the ways of camping out of a trailer. Each time I call with a question (which has been often) Mark, Syd and Razi have all been very helpful and polite in diagnosing the problems. We recently had an issue with a generator we purchased from a different RV dealer and Syd was very polite and helpful in assisting to diagnose this problem as well. The type of assistance we receive from you will definitely result in repeat business from us and others.
